Overview

These poems are a collection of reflections and observations written during my 70's and 80's. They are deeply personal but I hope will resonate with other older people who may have been widowed and perhaps fallen in love again. Some of them derive from conversations with friends. A few are letters. I have previously written many travel journals as I travelled widely after retirement in the Far East, India and Tibet. I only wrote poetry in these last years. They are poems of old age and of new life in old age being possible.
