Author Information

Akira Kurosawa (1910-1998) was born to an old samurai family. He received many awards for his work including the 1980 Grand Prize at the Cannes Film Festival for Kagemusha. Brian Nishii is a multilingual Japanese narrator who has lent his voice to a wide range of projects, including over fifty audiobook titles. A specialist in East Asian themes, he enjoys telling compelling stories.
