OverviewSomebody's Watching deals with the unsolved murders of Carolyn Newell and Pete Steele at Lula Lake located on Lookout Mountain in Walker County, Georgia. James Blevins admitted to spying on the couple that fateful Easter Sunday 1963 while they were enjoying the beautiful Spring day but he would not confess to their murder. The side effects of small town police work and the possibility of a sexual deviant ring of predators come to light during the trial. Blevins would be tried and convicted for Carolyn's murder but later granted a new trial where he was found innocent and allowed to go free. The two murders remain unsolved to this day.
