Reviews

Danny Wallace lightens this dark topic about lies and propaganda with his trademark humour and gets the balance just right. * BBC, Books to Read in 2024 *

Shocking, timely and - as you’d expect from Danny Wallace - very funny. * Adam Kay * This is a Danny Wallace book and it is therefore brilliant. He is not capable of writing a dull sentence or a pointless chapter or something that lacks either depth or wit. Certainly if he does any of that in this book, I couldn’t find it. And that’s no lie. * Daniel Finkelstein * Danny Wallace lightens this dark topic about lies and propaganda with his trademark humour and gets the balance just right. * BBC, Books to Read in 2024 *
