Ron Mitori has spent over 40 years primarily as a CFO, bringing value to diverse companies in rapid growth or turnaround mode. His expertise includes managing operations, improving profits, and streamlining systems. A significant achievement was his key financial role that helped a company go public in six weeks. Ron also managed a process that secured $6 million in R&D tax credits.Ron started his career in Chicago, but in 1986, seeking a change from the snowy winters and humid summers, Ron and his wife moved to Honolulu. Their daughter was born there, and family vacations often took them to the neighbor islands. After 15 years, they moved to Southern California and later settled in Dallas, where Ron and Barb now live.In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ron has been an active volunteer in several professional and charitable organizations, including those that support children with special needs. A finalist for the Hawaii CFO of the Year Award in 2009, he is involved with the AICPA, the Hawaii Society of CPAs, and Financial Executives International.Driven by a lifelong interest in government and politics and a deep concern over America's accelerated decline since 2021, Ron turned his attention to the nation's most significant issues. He researched and wrote ""Solutions Or Socialism."" The book explains how the US has declined and where that is likely headed unless there is a strong course correction.
