Author Information

A self-proclaimed nonconformist, Tony Maddox experienced the presence of God in his life at an early age. After drifting away from God for almost twenty years, Maddox returned to his Christian walk and began to see the work of the Holy Spirit again in his life and the lives of others around him. Impressed by what God was doing in these encounters, Maddox felt compelled to share his experiences in Solo Nights to encourage others in their own spiritual journeys. Originally from Nigeria, Tony Maddox holds a PhD in physics and taught at the university level for more than seventeen years before leaving to work for a development agency. He has worked around the world as a scientist helping countries develop their science systems and has a special interest in empowering African youth through innovation and entrepreneurship.
