Author Information

Jason Tanner is CEO of Applied Frameworks, establishing the company's strategy and leading its growth. A Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer, he has led Agile transformations at several Fortune 500 companies, including MassMutual, Capital One, and CoStar Group. An in-demand speaker, coach, and facilitator, his engagements focus on strategy, product, and portfolio management. Jason served nine years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, commanding an infantry rifle company of over 100 Marines and directing operations for over 1,500 Marines. He studied engineering at Cornell University and earned his MBA from Duke University. Brand and product designer Federico Gonz�lez has more than fifteen years of experience in graphic and product design. He spent a decade as a creative lead at a software consulting firm working with top global brands and holds world-class expertise in branding, art direction, UX, UI, design systems, prototyping, illustration, and video. Serial entrepreneur Luke Hohmann is Chief Innovation Officer of Applied Frameworks. Luke also founded Conteneo, a collaboration software company acquired by Scaled Agile. Author of five books and a principal contributor to the SAFe(R) Framework, Luke is a popular keynote speaker and has engaged audiences around the world. He co-founded Every Voice Engaged Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that collaboratively solves problems through civic engagement. Hohmann graduated with a BSE and an MSE from the University of Michigan.
