Sandeep Poddar , Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation) also served as Senior Research Director and Executive Editor(Publications), Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Dr Sandeep has been graduated from University of Calcutta in with Honours in Zoology, he has obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, Master of Science in Zoology with specialization in Biochemical Genetics from Dayalbagh Educational Institute with distinction. In addition to this he also obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lincoln University College. He has completed PhD in Zoology from Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences (University of Calcutta) on Cytotoxicity. After completing PhD he pursued Post Doctoral Research in different projects on Hemoglobinopathies and Oral Cancer mutation. Associated in establishment of molecular diagnostics laboratory (Neon) at present under Desun Hospitals, Kolkata. Set Biotechnology laboratory at college in Hooghly, West Bengal under University of Burdwan. He has published more than 250 research papers (in reputed Scopus Web of Sc indexed journals and books, filed more than 15 patents, organized international conferences, and also edited books in Malaysia, Australia, India and USA. He is serving as Guest editor of different reputed Scopus indexed journals of Elsevier, Inderscience, Pertanika like publishers. He has initiated the International Journal of Advancement in Life Sciences Research. Dr Sandeep is founder Secretary of Dr Tarak Nath Podder Memorial Foundation, Kolkata, India. He is active member of different organizations, Indian Science Congress Association, Indian Science News Association, World Academy of Sciences, Mental Health Innovation Network, UK, Malaysian Society for Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Fellow member of World Researchers Associations. Biswajit Paul is presently working at the PG and Research Department of Commerce of University of Gour Banga, Malda, West Bengal, India as an Assistant Professor. He did his undergraduate, post- graduate studies and Ph.D. (research studies) from the University of Calcutta. He has teaching experience of more than fifteen years in different colleges and universities. He worked as Guest Faculty at the Department of Commerce of Vivekananda College, Thakurpukur, Kolkata; Panihati Mahavidyalaya, Sodepur, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal; and Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose College, Kolkata. After that he worked as Contractual Whole Time Teacher at the Department of Commerce of Vivekananda College, Thakurpukur, Kolkata. He also worked as Coordinator and Contractual Whole Time Teacher at the Department of Commerce (Post-Graduation under Calcutta University) of Naba Ballygunge Mahavidyalaya, Kolkata. He also worked as a Visiting Faculty in Sikkim Manipal University (DE), Vidyasagar University (DE) and IGNOU. Dr. Paul has ten years of research experience in the field of Developmental Economics, Macroeconomic Issues, Finance and Rural/Urban Development and allied areas. His academic and research contributions include the publications of more than eighty research articles and chapters in renowned National and International journals, books, and conference proceedings. He achieved three best paper awards in International seminars. Apart from this, he presented many research papers in different National and International conferences, seminars, and symposiums. He also authored seven text books published by reputed publishers and two International edited books. He acted as the reviewer of many reputed National and International journals and edited books. Dr. Paul is associated with different learned academic associations and societies as member or life member. Ashish Kumar Sana is presently working as a Professor in the Department of Commerce, University of Calcutta. He was the former Head, Department of Commerce and Former Director, University of Calcutta - Calcutta Stock Exchange Centre of Excellence in Financial Markets (CUCSE-CEFM). He was the editor of the Research Journal, Business Studies (UGC --- CARE Listed Journal Group I) published by the Department of Commerce, University. He was the Associate Editor of the Research Journal, Indian Accounting Review published by the Indian Accounting Association Research Foundation, Kolkata. Prof. Sana has more than 22 years of experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Commerce and Management in different colleges and Universities. In addition to his academic experience, he has over 5 years of administrative experience in the fields of Accounting and Auditing. He has authored more than ten books in the field of Financial Markets, Financial Management, Auditing Business Communication and other related fields. His research interests are Accounting Theory, Capital Markets, Microfinance, Small Business, Women Empowerment and Social Development. Under his supervision, ten scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degree while 14 students have been awarded M.Phil. degree from the University of Calcutta. He has published more than 60 articles in different journals and edited books in national and international repute. He has presented several research papers national and international level seminars and conferences India and abroad. He has acted as the chairperson in different seminars and conferences and delivered keynote addresses in many international and national conferences and seminars. He has completed three UGC research projects on Capital Market, Small Business and Women Empowerment. He has been received best papers from different conferences from India and abroad. Presently, he is actively associated as a member and expert in different Research Journals, Committees and Boards of different Universities and other Academic institutions. He is also the Executive Member of the Indian Accounting Association and Joint Secretary, IAA Kolkata Branch.
