Washington Marovatsanga PhD is an independent scholar, researcher and consultant. He is a qualified social worker and board member of the Irish Association of Social Workers. Paul Michael Garrett works at NUI Galway in the Republic of Ireland. He is an elected member of the Royal Irish Academy.
