Carl Armstrong, known by grandchildren as Grandpa Carl, is now retired after completing a forty-four year chemical engineering career. Upon retirement, he spent three years restoring his family's 1795 log cabin home. He also began raising ducks and authored a book entitled Of Human Bonding by Ducklings written under the pen name Grandpa Carl. Carl is involved in Christian ministry and has taught Bible seminars in the US, Canada, Europe, Haiti and Africa. He currently serves on the board of a Christian transitional shelter for those in crisis. Carl is a very interested strategist of present day politics. The resulting combination was the inspiration for this book: So You're a Christian Politician.
