Currently a PhD candidate at La Trobe University, Bendigo, his thesis topic is ‘Youth at Risk’. He also delivers seminars, lectures and workshops, and was previously employed as a National Disability Coordination Officer under a federally funded program managed by Melbourne University. Michael developed the Organisation, Concept and Structure (OCS) model for teaching students with Asperger’s Syndrome and learning difficulties.
