Overview

Snookered: Book Five, George is drawn back into MI6 intrigues by Uncle Alexander and Sir Charles to find the source of gunrunning in a Commonwealth country. He is reunited with MET Detective Inspector Harold Lynn, now detailed to MI6. The two cross paths, again, with Madam Woo, the Chinese arms dealer. Inquiries take them to Beirut, where George's 'dead' cousin is now managing her grandfather's smuggling business. Upon her reported demise, her 2nd death, the grandfather feels honor-bound to execute her last contract with the Ukrainian dealers who are selling NATO arms on the black market. Rumors are planted by George, the naive messenger, which initiates major geopolitical changes.
