Overview

Doctor Kevin Rojo finds himself having to fight against the clock to save his wife KaTosha when she is wheeled into the emergency room while he's the on-call surgeon. After tireless hours he has failed to save the one woman that he has ever truly loved. Detective Reign Stone, who is known around the city as the Huntress because she almost always gets her guy, is called in to investigate the homicide. She finds herself working desperately to bring Mrs. Rojo's killer to justice but other bodies begin to pile up and every last one of them have a clue that is identical to Mrs. Rojo's murder. After multiple visits to Dr. Rojo's office they find themselves in a forbidden relation, the detective and the number one suspect. Once Rojo is exonerated she begins to take him seriously. While he's on bereavement leave from both of his jobs, he assists her in finding clues to help find the person responsible for all of the murderers. When the serial killer is unveiled it nearly knocks one of them out of their seat. St. Louis, Missouri is known for breeding murders and criminals but nobody ever knew that it bred serial killers as well.
