Snakebit

Overview

""Matthew ""Ace"" Booker may have been snake-bitten from the very outset of David Beckwith's latest novel, but not nearly as much as those who try to cross him as the story evolves. Ace appeared to be a victim and casualty of his former employer's underhanded financial dealings, but like any trompe l'oeil, there is more to the story than initially meets the eye. Beckwith draws from his past experience in the financial world to create a terrifying scenario that wreaks havoc on not only Ace and his family, but upon those who seek revenge against him. Get ready for some sleepless nights as you delve into this world of deceit and double cross."" -John H. Cunningham, USA TODAY bestselling author of the Buck Reilly Adventure series
