Albury Francis is a storyteller with a sharp eye for realism and an ear for authentic dialogue. He graduated in 1987 from Eight Mile Rock High School in Grand Bahama, Bahamas. He joined the Army in 1988, attending military occupational school to study fuel and electrical systems repair. After the military he studied architecture at NYC Technical College, (now NYC College of Technology) in Brooklyn, NY. Drawing inspiration from Caribbean culture, real-life experiences, and the raw complexities of loyalty and survival, he brings gripping characters and cinematic tension to the page.
