Smith v. Jones, Vol 4: Even More Interesting Cases in Magistrate Court

Overview

In this fourth and final volume of Smith v. Jones, author and Judge Robert Simms recounts two dozen cases he handled before finally retiring, stories that stuck with him and variously entertained, enlightened or moved him. Average people have a knack for getting into unusual situations, and when they do, sometimes they have to have a court straighten things out--to the extent that it's possible. Join the Judge behind the bench and look at some more little dramas like the ones that play out in your community, but that you just didn't know were happening.
