Meeting this challenge, Andrew and Nada Kakabadse answers key boardroom questions: What will be the key areas of outsourcing in the future? The answer is IT and HR; What supplier relationships work best: partnerships, joint ventures? The answer is: no, the preferred single supplier still provides best service; Does well managed outsourcing make a difference? The answer is: substantially, both strategic and operational.
