He is a world renowned Port Community System expert, working with governments in 80 countries. He previously worked with SOGET, a Port Community System world leader where he launched and managed worldwide operations from Indonesia to Jamaica. He is the founding Chairman of the International Port Community Association (IPCSA) and Chairman of the research committee leading the Port Community System 2030 Vision project. Pascal Ollivier is Vice President of France, Central America and Caribbean business council at MEDEF International and Foreign Trade Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
