Mr. Dreifus started and led the Advanced Card practice for Anderson Consulting and has been involved in numerous smart card projects in the United States and worldwide as an advisor and/or system integrator. Henry is currently Chief Executive Officer of DAL, the leading smart card consulting and integration firm, with offices in Orlando, Florida; Salt Lake City, Utah; Manila, Philippines; and Brussels, Belgium. J. THOMAS MONK has over twenty years' experience in the financial services sector.
