HENRY DREIFUS has over fifteen years' experience in the card technology market, is one of the founders of the U.S. advanced card industry, helped develop the ANSI and ISO standards for IC cards, and is a founder of the Smart Card Industry Association. Mr. Dreifus started and led the Advanced Card practice for Anderson Consulting and has been involved in numerous smart card projects in the United States and worldwide as an advisor and/or system integrator. Henry is currently Chief Executive Officer of DAL, the leading smart card consulting and integration firm, with offices in Orlando, Florida; Salt Lake City, Utah; Manila, Philippines; and Brussels, Belgium. J. THOMAS MONK has over twenty years' experience in the financial services sector. Formerly a vice president with Citibank, responsible for advanced technologies including the implementation of a private telecommunications infrastructure for their worldwide banking interests, and a senior manager with KPMG Peat Marwick, Tom has coauthored more than 150 articles and two books on information services for the financial community. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of DAL.
