He holds a PhD in management and business from Kingston University London, an MBA from Staffordshire University (UK), and a bachelor’s degree in e-commerce from Staffordshire University (Malaysia). He has gained substantial international experience in management and consulting across Malaysia and the United Kingdom. Dr. Khajeh’s expertise lies in operations and supply chain management, with particular research interests in Industry 4.0, queuing theory, behavioral operations management, and logistics. He is proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Dr. Zahra Mohammadnazari received her BSc and MSc in industrial engineering from the University of Tehran and later earned a Master of Research (MRes) in business management and social science from Kingston University London in 2022.
