OverviewSmall Book of Recipes, Shrimp - is the second book in the series. I like the idea of breaking down cookbooks by either a single ingredient or type of cooking. I developed a lot of shrimp dishes, one it's a seafood/shellfish that even people who hate seafood will eat; the other being tuna, but that is high in mercury and if eaten a lot will cause other issues. Two, shrimp are easy to clean and prep, and three, I found a fishmonger who carries organic farm raised and wild from certified waters. (Costco also has highly rated shrimp as an FYI.)
