Author Information

Fabian Frenzel is Senior Lecturer at Bristol Business School. His research interests include the study of political tourism, social movements and political mobilities. He is a Co-founder of the Slum Tourism network. Ko Koens is a Postgraduate Researcher at the International Centre of Responsible Tourism at Leeds Met University and a founding member of the Slum Tourism Network. His research focuses on the sustainability of tourism, with a particular interest in small businesses and policy development. Malte Steinbrink id lecturer and researcher of Social and Cultural Geography at the Institute of Geography, University of Osnabruck, Germany. His research focuses on the nexus of mobility and development, social network research and urban tourism studies.
