Overview

Slade comes across a ghastly scene. A man is murdered and his daughter sits by his corpse crying. He offers his help to the stranded woman and is set upon by her beau, the big man around Sweetwater, Chet Tannum, and his hired gun Kid Rico. He takes offense to their manner and seeks justice for the dead man. In a world where loyalty and honor can be bought for a price, the remaining three members of the Dexter clan throw their weight into the circle. A whore and a determined sheriff play the hand they've been dealt. One by one the players will fold. Who will be remaining when the last hand is dealt?
