Harry Max is the CIO for Debix, Inc., a start-up focused on solutions for identity theft. As an early Web pioneer, Harry designed the first secure online shopping cart (Virtual Vineyards/Wine.com) and founded Public Mind, a system for customer-driven innovation used by Pyra Labs (acquired by Google), Handspring, Foveon, Kontiki, the DMA, QuickArrow, and Skype. He has worked with Apple Computer, Silicon Graphics, HP, O'Reilly and Associates, SAP, and DreamWorks Animation.   Taylor Ray is an avid Skype user and former Deloitte & Touche consultant who now spends her time helping smart people become better understood. She has undergraduate degrees in linguistics and neuroscience and a graduate degree in adult education.
