Nieswoisty ból krzyża (NSLBP) jest glówną przyczyną niepelnosprawności na calym świecie.Technika Energii Mięśniowej (MET) i refleksologia stóp to powszechnie stosowane podejścia terapeutyczne, jednak dane porównawcze na temat ich skuteczności są ograniczone.Celem badania byla ocena i porównanie skuteczności MET i refleksologii stóp w zmniejszaniu bólu i niepelnosprawności wśród uczestników z NSLBP. Zarówno interwencje w Grupie A, jak i w Grupie B byly skuteczne w zmniejszaniu bólu i niepelnosprawności wśród uczestników z nieswoistym bólem krzyża. Jednakże grupa A wykazala większą poprawę w zakresie redukcji bólu (NPRS), podczas gdy obie grupy byly równie skuteczne w poprawie niepelnosprawności funkcjonalnej (ODI).
