OverviewSkills for Managing Rapidly Changing IT Projects addresses management methodologies for projects that change rapidly in requirements and technology. These projects are most common among small to medium enterprises. This book addresses both the value and the skills that an IT project manager must have, and uses these values in a new methodology based on agile manifesto. This new methodology, called agile and defined project development (ADPD) merges the must be of agile manifesto with the needs of a controlled development environment such as that of the capability maturity model, which deals with aspects related to UML formalism.
