Sita must help save her jungle-but she can't do it alone. Dr. Sheri Dewan is a board-certified neurosurgeon and Chair of Neurosurgery at Ascension Health. The tale of Sita was written after a chance encounter with Singsth (T-57) while she and her family were on safari in Ranthambore, India. Her co-authors and children Amara, Mia, and Jai were inspired to connect the story of Sita to the world around them and raise awareness about the lives of tigers in India. The family enjoys traveling, writing, and spending time together. Dr. Alex Wilcox, PhD, holds a doctorate in biochemistry from Northwestern University and has a passion for artistry and illustration in his spare time. Dr. Wilcox loves animal photography, travel, and exploration.
