Nell'ambito di questo progetto è stato progettato un sistema di recupero del calore di scarto basato su un generatore termoelettrico di Peltier. Sono stati progettati diversi tipi di scambiatori di calore per produrre un flusso di calore accurato e mantenere le temperature corrette tra le giunzioni calde e fredde del sistema TEG. Tutti i calcoli analitici sono giustificati da simulazioni computazionali.
