Robert Greenfield - Group Director of Safety Health Environmental & Quality for GSH Group plc. Robert has over 25 years experience in Facilities Management with the last 14 specializing in Health & Safety. Robert works for the GSH Group and a major part of his work involves the strategic management of cross border contracts and this has resulted in Robert gaining experience in health and safety management within mainland Europe, India and the USA. Robert is a regular writer for the British Institute of Facilities Management magazine FM-World and has assisted the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in the development of the 'Shattered Lives' and 'Asbestos-The Hidden Killer' campaigns. Robert is the past Deputy Chairman of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), Past Chairman of the BIFM East Region and the current Chairman of the BIFM Health & Safety Specialist Interest Group. Robert has spoken at many conferences on both Health & Safety, Risk Management and Health & Safety Strategy. Michael JW Morgan - Managing Director of Safety Action Services Ltd. Michael has been involved with the Health & Safety Industry for some 25 years. He is an experienced Health & Safety professional with considerable expertise of strategy development, management systems and compliance, coupled with extensive experience at senior levels in Facilities Management and Security. Michael is a Chartered Member of The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and holds full Membership of The International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM), The British Institute of Facilities Management (MBIFM) and The Institute of Healthcare Management (MIHM). Michael is also accredited by the European Network of Safety and Health Professional Organisations (ENSHPO) as a European Occupational Safety and Health Manager (EurOSHM). Michael is Deputy Chairman of the British Institute of Facilities Management Health & Safety Special Interest Group (BIFM SIG) (formerly the National Health & Safety Committee). Michael has spoken at many conferences on both Health & Safety and Security topics including the series of joint ATaC (Asbestos Testing & Consulting Group) /BOHS (British Occupational Hygiene Society) seminars across the country. In January 2001 Michael started Safety Action Services Limited a Health & Safety Consultancy and Training Company which he has now successfully run 13 years.
