Author: George Washington, born 1954 in Concord, NC and raised in Kannapolis, NC. Graduate of A.L. Brown High School 1973 were he lettered in football and track. He attented Campbell University on a track scholarship where he also lettered until 1976. IN 1980 he join the Air force for six years. He played sports and began writing poetry while station in Italy, Goldsboro, NC and Dover, DE. In 1999 he rejoin the military and is still in the Army.
