""Sierra Summits takes a different approach than many climbing guidebooks. In fact, it's not really for climbers. It's for non-climbers. No ropes or climbing equipment needed. Areas covered by the book include Tahoe, Central Sierra, Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Eastern Sierra.""--National Outdoor Book Awards
