Ms. Lipscomb is actively pursuing a Doctorate of Education degree with a concentration in Higher Education Leadership and a minor in Adult Education. Ms. Lipscomb currently holds a Master's of Science degree in Curriculum Development & Instructional Technology and a Baccalaureate degree in Criminal Justice. Ms. Lipscomb has an extensive background in the field of Human Service, Substance Abuse Counseling, Licensed Childcare and working with children with Special Needs.
