Shooting for Paris Part II

Overview

Living and working in Paris for a month, Hailey and Livia saw the main tourist sights and grand boulevards as well as remote neighborhoods and tiny alleys. They experienced some of the greatest works of art in the most celebrated museums in the world and explored hidden parks and gardens tucked away deep in the city. Paris was the focus of the trip, but there were excursions to the battlefields of Normandy in Northern France and the beaches of Cap d'Antibes on the French Riviera. Back in the studios of Paris, they traveled to ancient Greece, participated in pagan rituals and became museum statues. In between eating bread and cheese, swimming in streams and pools, driving cars and scooters, and working in dark studios and sparkling lakes, they marveled at the architecture and watched the sun set over the Seine.

Author Information

Hailey McPherson lived as a quiet Midwestern girl for most of her life in Minnesota, USA. Then in 2011 she moved to Hong Kong and began her adventure as a professional dancer, singer and part-time actress while adapting to the extraordinary and exotic Chinese culture. Along the way she started writing Hailey's Hong Kong Diary in early 2011 and published the bestselling Hailey's Bali Diary after a short vacation to the tropical paradise during the rainy season in 2013. Nudist Cruise was written after an unexpected cruise from Shanghai to Bangkok, with stops in China and Vietnam - all on a giant cruise ship full of vacationing nudists. Weekends in China details her first three years in Hong Kong adapting to an ancient culture and unfamiliar customs. Living with Livia is the brutally honest account of losing one family and gaining another.
