In the desert slums of West Texas, Jalen Swing had first heard about drugs at a D.A.R.E. school assembly, and the information had always stuck with him. As years passed, he became curious about what these substances did to the mind and body. Not fully believing in the warnings and sometimes unrealistic side effects told to him regarding drugs, Jalen takes it upon himself to experiment with multiple substances and document his experiences. Author Information

Jalen Swing is a 24 year old (amatuer) author. Born in Hobbs, New Mexico, he would soon move and grow up in the West Texas flatlands. It was during these years in Texas that he had many strange experiences involving narcotics, that he would later capture in his debut book, ""Shoot First, Think Never."" A life-long fan of storytelling, he looks to continue his literary journey with works of different genres, with a main focus on horror and suspense.
