Overview

Shipwreck Bay is the second book in the Arcade Games series. Lucas and his friends, Avery and Derrick are keeping a secret. When they played the first game, Bubble Trouble, they ""really"" played the game. While playing Shipwreck Bay, the friends are wearing pirate gear and are balancing on the top deck of a wildly swaying ship. once again they experience a whole new level of play in an exciting cube-filled world. They quickly realize they will play mini-games and begin to race against time to complete each game. As they play, they learn to keep track of their scores, and activate interactive features like maps and inventory items using their Heads-up Display (HUD). The mini games challenge the players to dig for treasure, race through a jungle and dive for gems. Just when they think the game is over, they face a mysterious dilemma. The Arcade Games series tells the stories of friends that play never imagined before arcade games created by junior high school students.
