She is a contributor to the YA anthology Rural Voices and MG anthology Calling the Moon. She has also written historical fiction chapter books Lily and the Great Quake and in partnership with the Smithsonian, Li On Angel Island. Veeda is the daughter of Asian immigrants and lives in Nevada with her family. David Lee Huynh is an actor based in New York City. He has appeared onstage Off-Broadway and across the country as well as on film and television. Victo Ngai is a Los Angeles based illustrator from Hong Kong. Her first name is a nickname derived from Victoria. Her work has appeared in books, newspapers, magazines, advertisements, and animations. She has received numerous honors, including Forbes 30 Under 30, The Society of News Design, The Society of Publications Designers, Communication Arts, Spectrum Fantastic, and the Society of Illustrators of New York.
