Starvation, and death took its toll at Shiloh. A true story including some dialogues of fiction and situations.

Author Information

Eugene Elcik is a Maine native who writes with a New England flavor. His genre includes historical/fiction, adventure, crime, romance and drama. After graduating from Southern Maine University, he taught in a local Community College. Shakespeare inspired him to suit the action to the word and the word into action. After surviving cancer, he delved into writing; specializing in fiction. His affection for Maine helped him with bringing his stories to life. 'Gene' has been married for 60 years to the same wonderful woman, Lorraine, his wife, has seen him toil over his keyboard and provide Gene with encouragement to continue to write a variety of genre with his vivid imagination.
