Overview

Lucy waits backstage, gripping her crutch with one hand and the curtain's edge with the other. Her stomach twists. Her class sits in the front row - Rebecca, plus the two or three kids who've stood by her since the Art Show. When her name is called, Lucy steps onto the stage A few kids snicker.
