Dennis Boyer is a sought-after commercial photographer whose current specialities include yachting, lifestyle, seascapes, and fine art portraiture. His work runs the gamut from war-torn 1970s Vietnam to mega-yachts of Monaco, from Mayans plying the waters of the Rio Dulce to fashion models in Miami. It is not surprising that he would choose to break new ground with Sheer Beauty. He is perhaps the only professional photographer who also holds Inc magazine's distinction of Entrepreneur of the Year. He also instituted the very first scholarship for entrepreneurship exclusively for women, as part of the Center for Entrepreneurship at Florida Atlantic University, which he helped found. He has earmarked a portion of the proceeds from the sale of Sheer Beauty for this scholarship program. He is a member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) and Professional Photographers of America (PPA) lives and works in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
