Rainbow Rowell writes books about adults (Attachments, Landline), about teenagers (Eleanor & Park, Fangirl) and, whenever possible, about lovesick vampires and guys with dragon wings. (The Simon Snow Trilogy). She has ventured into the comic-book field, with her first graphic novel, Pumpkinheads, and a hugely enjoyable reinvigoration of Marvel’s teen heroes, Runaways. Rowell lives in Omaha, Nebraska. Springing from the all-ages title Marvel Adventures the Avengers, artist Ig Guara brought his delightful take on the Marvel Universe to Lockjaw and the Pet Avengers. He graduated to full-on super-hero action in books including All-New Wolverine, Ghost-Spider, Marvel Team-Up and Captain America: Symbol of Truth.
