Frank Shipper is Professor of Management in the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University, USA. His teaching, consulting, and research interests are managerial/leadership skills development, employee ownership, and collaborative cultures. He has consulted for and studied employee-owned companies for over 25 years.
