Gürhan Durak is currently a visiting scholar at The Open University (UK) and serves as the president of the International Conference on Educational Technology and Online Learning (ICETOL). His research interests include Generative Artificial Intelligence, Learning Analytics, Instructional Design, and Mixed Research Methodologies. Gürhan Durak serves as the Editor-in-Chief for several international journals, including the Journal of Innovations in Learning and Technology (JILT), Journal of Educational Technology and Online Learning (JETOL), Journal of Online Learning Studies (Jour-OLS), and Journal of Innovations in Learning and Technology (JILT). He holds a PhD in Distance Education from Anadolu University, one of the leading global institutions in distance education. Serkan Çankaya is an Associate Professor at İzmir Demokrasi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and the director of the university's Distance Education Center. He holds a PhD in Distance Education from Anadolu University, with research focusing on educational technology, special education technology, online course design, and interactive learning environments. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Computers in Education (IJCE) and the Journal of Online Learning Studies (Jour-OLS), and as an editor for the Journal of Educational Technology and Online Learning (JETOL). Serkan has contributed significantly to research and practical projects aimed at improving educational experiences through technology.
