THESE POSTCARDS IN PRINTS IN A BOOK. IT CAN BE CUT-OUT FRAMED AND HUNG. Or keep the book intact! The original paintings subject of these prints belong to a series of 13 original oil paintings titled: Healing the soul with the Shaman's Power! Soul Retrieval with Courage to Face our Fears. The paintings are all one size 4'x5'. These paintings are inspired by the depression and loss of a friend to depression. They include symbolic, surrealism, primitive, shamanic, metaphysical, psychological, spiritual, animistic, and modern influences. Also, they are anthropological and sociological as they are influenced by native American tribal ideas and other mystery and 'occult' Gnostic world concepts. Finally, some of the art is futuristic. All of the foregrounds for these paintings were finished over a span of 3 months on March, April, May 2015. The art is also meant to be used as ART THERAPY. I painted them when I was struggling with the suicide of a friend. It is work that attempts to go into the INNER LANDSCAPE and to deal with those feelings and emotions that are difficult. I call these harsh feelings SQUATTERS in the inner landscape. And the issue then becomes going inward to take back our inner landscape from feelings and emotions that overwhelm it.
