Sometimes the past just won't stay gone. When dark influences from Psilyria Kensy Frost's past intersect with the Vagabond's insidious plots, it threatens everything. Commander Jackson Gabel and Graven Neira Cross must figure out how to work together and launch a daring rescue in the heart of Aepexia, the capital city of the galactic community. Amid the chaos, they will need help from a host of allies, new and old, if everyone is going to make it out alive. What dark secrets will be revealed in the shadowy back alleys of the Glittering Pillar of Civilization? Will Kensy be able to hold on to her life and her loved ones? When the truth comes out, what will it cost them?

Author Information

Since childhood Amanda ""Amnie"" Young has had a passion for storytelling, coming home from those first days of school with boundless excitement at learning she could make her own sentences. She grew up immersed in tales from books, movies, and eventually video games. With all of these different outlets for creativity and story expression, she often found herself torn between paths. Trying her hand atcollege majors, including creative writing, theatre, screenwriting, and information technology for multimedia, she tried to find what path would best suit her style of storytelling. As a teen, and again later as an adult, she was introduced to tabletop role-playing games where she could join in collaborative story telling with friends. Empowered by faith, family, and friends, she began to bring her stories and dreams into being.
