Overview

After an enlightening and terrifying adventure hundreds of miles from their home, the paranormal research team of EVP investigations was prepared for a simple and peaceful round of investigations to find more evidence documenting, and proving, life after death. A new request had brought them to one of the last places they would have ever expected, a social club. Before the investigation even begins, direful visitations ensue. A seemingly benign haunting quickly becomes a curious and frightening mystery, that needs to be solved in order to help the souls trapped in this century old building that once was the home of the Bettiger family. Ghostly warnings to 'Save the children, before it is too late' haunt the members of the team, and drive them to a relentless search for answers, the truth, and to solve the mysterious warning. How long did they have before it was 'too late', no one knew, and they had no choice but to try to find that answer. Based on true events.

Reviews

This book is very well written and pulled me in and keep me there till the very end. Rick has a way of describing things and people so that you fall in love with the characters and the surroundings and makes you feel as if you are there with them.I loved it and would say another must read. It was almost like being there. Rick's writing style and attention to detail puts the reader in the midst of the action, making you feel as though you are seeing the story unfold through his eyes. I truly enjoyed both of his Frost and Flames books and am looking forward to the next book. Great follow-up to Forever ASH! Keeps you on the edge of your seat and turning pages! I just read this book and it is a very good book. This is the second book of the trilogy by Rick Kueber. I like the way Rick tied this book in with the other two. He Mae it a smooth transition. Rick is a very good author and you feel as if you know the characters of this book by the time you are done. If you want an easy read and one that flows from chapter to chapter this is the book.
