Rob Alex, relationship guide, author, blogger and International Media Host is focused on improving couples' relationships. In early 2009, he created the daily blog, The Couples' Spot. This blog offers suggestions on how to improve nearly every area in a relationship. It has nearly 1000 posts and in the spring of 2011, his partner, Janelle, joined him in writing new posts. In 2009 Rob had the vision to start creating Sexy Challenges and this book is the result of that idea. Rob holds a metaphysical sciences degree and is certified in Reiki. He continually studies various spiritual traditions and holistic approaches. Due to numerous exceptional human experiences of his own he knows the transformational power sacred intimacy in a committed and loving relationship can create. Rob, along with his partner, Janelle Alex, helps couples expand upon their relationships by accessing their combined energy and their spirituality as a couple as well as individuals. Helping people find ways of accessing their own inner light and connecting to their spirits is very important to Rob. Rob and Janelle co-author Intimate Adventures: Sacred Ceremonies for Couples, and the blog. They have also co-author a number of other books including Conversation Starters from the Spiritual to the Sexual. Together they have a podcast, Conversations Hit the Road, which are down-to-earth conversations from the spiritual to the sexual and everything in between. Rob, also, co-hosts The Relationship Guides radio show with Janelle.
