Keith Fink is an active trial lawyer, and the founder of the law firm Fink & Steinberg, which has offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Macau. His legal practice focuses on employment and business litigation. He also serves as a professor at the University of California, Los Angeles and Southwestern Law School, and is a leading authority on harassment laws and free speech issues. Professor Fink is routinely retained to investigate sexual harassment complaints, to provide training on sexual harassment, and to speak on legal issues.
