He obtained his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico. Bruce G. Bender is a Pediatric Neuropsychologist at the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Denver, Colorado.
