Overview

Introduction The ministry, of Trojan Horse International (TULIP) Phils. Incorporated, was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and a Certificate of Incorporation was issued, on the 14th March 2003. The Corporation name was initially secured on the 11th February 2003, which was exactly 12 years to the day of the publication of my book, Converted on LSD Trip, available from Amazon.com and co.uk, which was published in the UK and 32 years, to the day, that my story appeared as headline news in Aylesbury's Bucks Herald news paper. The true story is the reason was formed and called Trojan Horse International a ministry of setting captives free. Reason For Registration It was necessary to register our ministry with the Securities Exchange (SEC) in the Philippines due to the serious issues that arose in New Bilibid Prison when certain prison inmates and Religious Volunteers (RVO) sought to destroy the work we were doing. The evidence for some of the work that we were doing is published in our book, Trojan Warriors, available from Amazon.com and co.uk, in which 66 testimonies of converted notorious prisoners housed in New Bilibid Maximum Security Prison, Muntinlupa City, Philippines. The whole story of these serious issues are told in our book, Before the Cock Crows Part II, and available from Amazon.com and co.uk. The ministry was first called Trojan Horse International Christian Ministries and its President Lucas P. Dangatan Jr. was commissioned in January 2002 to register the ministry with SEC. This failed to take place. In November 2002, Lucas P. Dangatan Jr. Registered the ministry after a second attempt, but the Director was not satisfied with the details being submitted were inadequate for the purpose of the ministry. On this November occasion the Director with drew the application and sought the aid of Isagani M. Obispo Jr., who was the ministries paralegal secretary, to make a fresh application but this time the names of the founding Director was omitted for reasons un explained. It was revealed at a later date that unscrupulous men sough to deny the existence of the ministry, which was eventually registered to fulfil the mission intended.
