Reflection and discussion on the main points illuminate the detailed narratives, and underline the importance of the unpaid workforce. Dr Suzanne Kane has extensive experience of working in administration, policy and performance, and information management, and has held a number of research and academic posts. She has collaborated on several projects within higher education, and has published academic papers in the Journal of Further and Higher Education, Journal of Studies in International Education, International Journal of Management Education, and Journal of Vocational Education and Training. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
